Thank you for the postage of the collar in double quick time! I have emailed Cats & Dogs Ltd and expressed my pleasure in receiving first class customer service! I mailed them 8.00am and I received a phone call by 11.00am the same morning explaining that they had spoken to you and the exchange was no problem. I had used the Halti before the Canny Collar and I have to say the Canny Collar is by far the better product; it’s so easy to get on and off and has worked on my dog, a Bullmastiff called Bo who pulled badly before using a Canny Collar. Now he walks calmly and without pulling. Well done on a great product and great customer service! I have already been speaking to fellow dog owners about the Canny Collar and my dog trainer has also commented on how good it is. I buy many products via the internet and have had many dealings with companies that do or don’t offer any form of backup on their products, all too often as you are not facing the customer, the service is not always the best. This is why I wanted to write this letter and express my feelings on receiving great service!  I hope your company goes from strength to strength!

We have a 2 year old rescue dog, Prince.  He looks just like one of the dogs on your website video.  He has always been a handful on the lead and is so strong I am unable to actually hold him on a walk.  We have tried a halti, gentle leader and even a spray collar to stop him pulling but all to no avail.  We received our Canny Collar on Wednesday and the transformation is a miracle.  My husband and I are very pleased with the result and I can now actually hold the lead on a walk and remain upright!  My friend who has an unruly Great Dane is now also sending for a Canny Collar because of my recommendation.  Here is a photo of Prince, my handsome boy.  Thanks again

“It has been a great couple of months since I bought my Canny Collars and now walking is so much easier with two dogs – no more tugging! Sheba who is 18 months was the puller and Smokie who is six was so hard to restrain without hurting your hands and I used to have the leads wrapped round to hold him back. Someone recommended the Canny Collar and this has been the best £30 I have ever spent!! They both sit and let me put the collar and lead on and walking is brilliant! I can walk both dogs using only one hand and just a slight jerk with one finger can bring them back to my side so much better. But now they don’t even pull that often so it’s not necessary. I have severe tennis elbow and walking used to give me pain but now I can use one hand to control them and have slack leads in the other hand. A tremendous difference! Thank you!”

Just wanted to contact you to say how fantastic your Canny Collar is!  I had tried absolutely everything on my now 9 months old cocker spaniel - Halti, harness, Gentle Leader and the stop and wait method.  She has pulled ever since she started going out for walks at around 12 weeks old!  I have finally been able to have a normal, pleasurable walk with her. She did resist a little to it but now she walks like a dream.  Being a gundog, all she wanted to do was sniff, pull, sniff, pull, sniff, pull. She can still sniff but she doesn't pull.  In fact she waits until she gets to the park for a good sniff now when she is off leash.  I have recommended this collar to others and keep going on about it but it's made me so much more relaxed out on our walks. I am writing to let you know that I have just bought a Canny Collar and the results were instantaneous! Deefa, my dog has been transformed and it is now a joy to take her out.  She is only 5 months and very big already, being a bullmastiff and she was becoming a handful on the lead.  Now she walks with us perfectly, when we stop either to speak to someone or to cross the road, where she will sit straightaway.  I am very impressed! The claim was that results were instantaneous and they certainly are!  At first I thought it was a fluke so we tried her on her usual collar but she was dreadful so we put the Canny Collar on again.  It certainly works.  I can't praise it enough to everyone I know.  Thank you very much!

“We have an 11 month old yellow Lab bitch who is a delight to be with except when she’s on a lead. She’s passed her obedience classes with flying colours (and starts more advanced classes next month) but nothing we do has persuaded her not to pull. As for a Halti…..forget it…..walks on the lead became ten times worse!!! I was in the pet shop last week buying a harness in the hope that one might help and I happened to mention to the proprietor about the problem. He immediately produced a Canny Collar and suggested that I try it out. He’d only just got a few in to try them out after a request from another customer so he wasn’t able to give any feedback on success rates.
I was prepared to try anything, though I didn’t hold out much hope that the Canny would be any more successful that the Halti. How wrong I was! It was easy to put on and Katie took to it virtually immediately. To walk with a loose lead was virtually unheard of until last week and my wife and other members of the family have now been taking her out for extra walks without fear of being pulled over, so both dog and family have benefited.   I am the world’s most cynical person when it comes to reading testimonials on websites or in advertising literature, but I have to say that everything that I have seen on yours is absolutely true so far as my experience is concerned. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?. Our 6 years old Cairn was a nightmare to walk and having tried harnesses and other nose collars I came accross cannyco whilst browsing the net.  The very first walk using the Canny Collar was a joy; no pulling and no trying to paw it off.  One happy dog and one even happier owner. I have a six-month-old Jack Russell who is a very smart dog, but after play time he is almost impossible to walk on a leash, pulling and twisting all the time. I saw the collar at the vets, we put it on him and in less than a minute I couldn't believe it was the same dog!

"I am writing regarding a quite recent purchase of a Canny Collar. We have a female Springer Spaniel, Jessie, aged two. She has always been full of energy and very excitable and although not a very big dog, she is unbelievably strong. We have tried everything to try to control her when taking her for a walk. We took her to training classes, bought a harness for her and tried a choker chain as a last resort (which I hated using, I think they are very cruel way to control a dog). 

It was after being at a show in Abergavenny and seeing a dog display team that we decided to ask them if they had any suggestions for us. The lady we asked immediately went to get her dog to show us the Canny Collar. She said she had two large German Shepherds and using the Canny Collars she could control both of them on a walk.

The next day I ordered the collar. I have to say we were absolutely amazed at the results. From the moment we put it on her she stopped pulling completely. My mother is really pleased as she can now take Jessie for a walk (she had to stop due to Jessie's immense strength). Even my nephew who is seven could take Jessie for a walk the following day. We can literally hold the lead with one finger - it's unbelievable! When my parents are out if they see a dog pulling they always tell the owner about the Canny Collar.

"I have just purchased a Canny Collar from my local RSPCA for Sydney, my cross Springer/Labrador. She has worn it just the once and it was great. I didn't have to run to the park at 100 miles an hour - usually when she sees a cat my arm gets pulled from its socket!

Great invention - I have used two other halters which both pulled on her face and began to mark just beneath the eye. Needless to say I have stopped using them.

"Just a few lines to praise your product and service. I ordered a collar mid afternoon last Wednesday and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. It's particularly nice to be offered a 'green' option and even better to be rewarded with a price reduction for choosing it. Amazingly, the collar arrived before our walk on Thursday.

To my delight, on our very first walk our dog totally ceased his irritating habit of weaving from side to side and his frequent stops to sniff followed by the inevitable leg-cocking at every tree were very easy to prevent. More than once I looked down to find that he had been walking with such a loose lead that the nose band had slipped off!! It is hard to believe that your device has not only reduced the strength of his pull to something an elderly person could manage but has already started to teach him to walk without pulling.

"Just received two of your collars for my springers, both of whom would tear your arm out of its socket on a walk. Within five minutes of putting the collar on I had both dogs fully under control walking to heel with no pulling on the lead. "I was walking past my local pet shop when one of the girls working there said she had seen me walking past for weeks struggling with Meg, my border collie.
