The 'review' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of any products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Delivery Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. The Canny Company Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. Returns and refundsIf goods you order from us are faulty, damaged or unsuitable, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return them within 7 days. Provided they are in a new and fit for resale condition in their original packaging, we will happily offer an exchange or refund (minus the cost of Postage and Packaging). Please ensure you have ordered the correct size before use (see ‘Choosing the Right Size’) as we will not be able to accept returns that are not fit for resale. So that we can process your return more quickly, please enclose a printout of your e-mail receipt. The Canny Collar 'Lifetime Guarantee' refers solely to any fault arising with the collar due to an identifiable manufacturing defect. In this case, the defective collar will be replaced with an equivalent product once returned to us.
