All orders over £50 will be shipped free of charge within mainland UK.
Despatch times
Orders received before our 1.00pm 'cut off time' will be despatched the same day and orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders received after 1.00pm Friday and over the weekend will be despatched at the first available opportunity which will be the following Monday.
Delivery times
For UK orders we offer a Parcelforce 24h express option (tracked)and standard 1st and 2nd class Royal Mail postage options. A Signed For® service for 1st and 2nd class post is available for an additional £1 fee.

- Royal Mail 2nd class: 3-5 days
We are unable to provide any tracking information on Royal Mail standard service options once the order has been despatched.

Incorrect address
If the delivery address is not entered correctly by the customer, orders may be returned to us automatically. The Canny Company will not be responsible for the length of time it takes for the product to be returned, nor the cost of resending the item to the correct address, which will be re-invoiced to the customer before despatch.

From time to time we update our products to improve comfort and performance. These leads feature our previous handle design, which uses a durable PVC leather-look finish rather than the neoprene handle used on our current models. The clip is also the standard trigger version rather than the current brushed steel. These leads offer the same control, strength and training benefits as our latest Canny Leads.
Because they are from an earlier design, we’re offering them at a special reduced price while stocks last. Once these are gone, they will not be restocked. While our current models now use a neoprene padded handle for additional comfort, this version still provides the same reliable control and durability that Canny Leads are known for.
Our latest models now include a neoprene padded handle for additional comfort with a brushed steel clip but the lead itself remains the same strong, reliable design trusted by dog owners for better walking control. Ideal as a 'starter' lead.
