Care guide
Cleaning: To clean, rinse your Canny Colossus with fresh water to remove dirt, mud, or saltwater.
For stubborn grime, use mild soap or pet-safe detergent with a soft cloth or sponge.
Drying: Pat dry with a clean towel or leave to air dry.
Storage: Store your collar in a dry place to keep it looking and performing its best.
Tips: Regularly check the noseband for signs of chewing if your dog has ever accidentally got it into his mouth. Check the buckle and stitching to ensure everything is intact and performing as it should.

All orders over £50 will be shipped free of charge within mainland UK.
Despatch times
Orders received before our 1.00pm 'cut off time' will be despatched the same day and orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders received after 1.00pm Friday and over the weekend will be despatched at the first available opportunity which will be the following Monday.
Delivery times
For UK orders we offer a Parcelforce 24h express option (tracked)and standard 1st and 2nd class Royal Mail postage options. A Signed For® service for 1st and 2nd class post is available for an additional £1 fee.

If the delivery address is not entered correctly by the customer, orders may be returned to us automatically. The Canny Company will not be responsible for the length of time it takes for the product to be returned, nor the cost of resending the item to the correct address, which will be re-invoiced to the customer before despatch.

Returns and refunds
We want to make sure that you love our products and that they make training your dog easy and fun. If you wish to return your order for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We allow 30 days for orders to be returned.
For any quality issues, please be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include these when contacting us. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution. If the products are in a new and fit for resale condition in the original packaging, we will happily offer an exchange or refund (less shipping costs).
Items to be exchanged may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be in unused condition, clean, and free of pet hair/smell, with the original tag. Items requiring cleaning or removal of pet hair will be charged a £3 cleaning fee per item. Items that are worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
So that we can process your return more quickly, please enclose a printout of your e-mail receipt with your items. Return the goods to us using this form and please write 'returned item' on the package. If you have any queries regarding returns or refunds, please contact us using the details below.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges for all exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may apply if replacement items are priced higher than the original. For Canny Collars, please ensure you have ordered the correct size before use (see the page 'What Size Canny Collar') as the customer will be responsible for meeting the postage costs of any returns for an exchange of sizes. We will not be able to accept returns that are not fit for resale.

What if I order the wrong size?
No problem. Providing you purchased the collar from our website and return it to us within 7 days in a new and resaleable condition, we will exchange it for you. Simply return your collar to us along with a printout of this form and we'll do the rest.
How do the sizings work on the Canny Collar & Colossus?
Since dogs, like humans, come in all shapes and sizes, it’s important to measure your dog's neck snugly to ensure you have the correct size. As your dog's neck can sometimes be hard to measure accurately (especially if there is a lot of fur), we have designed the collar so that each size overlaps with the sizes above and below, so there is some flexibility when choosing your size.
Once you have your collar fitted, it's advisable to test first in your garden or house to ensure it cannot come off over her head.
What if my dog is exactly between two sizes?
If your dog is exactly borderline between two sizes, we generally recommend getting the smaller size of the two options. If you have a puppy however, it may be worth waiting a month or so and buying the larger size.

We have been using Canny for a few years now. Stops our boisterous cockapoos from pulling when on the lead.
I purchased the canny collar for my 4 year old rescue Labrador, who was uncontrollable on the harness, I put the canny collar on her, and she immediately became so calm , a different dog, no objections to the collar, we had a lovely long walk that day, and have been doing it now for 2 weeks, everyone comments on her behavioural change I am 81 and walking is once more a joy.

My pup was pulling frequently in different scenarios so we decided to get a canny collar. Those situations where he pulls, when he wears the canny collar this has all gone. It really does work
14 years ago we had two Labrador puppies, they pulled like trains, we bought Canny Collars for them and the pulling stopped immediately, no pain or trouble, they just worked! Unfortunately we lost both our gorgeous boys last year. We now have two 9 month old Labrador puppies who, again, pull like trains. Once again Canny Collars came to the rescue.
