Description

No need to remove your Canny Collar:
Canny Carabiners allow you to clip your Canny Collar or Canny Colossus underneath the chin so that you don't need to remove it when you let your dog off lead.

Ideal to replace broken or lost originals. Each pack contains two carabiners.

All orders over £50 will be shipped free of charge within mainland UK.

 

Despatch times

Orders received before our 1.00pm 'cut off time' will be despatched the same day and orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders received after 1.00pm Friday and over the weekend will be despatched at the first available opportunity which will be the following Monday.

 

Delivery times

For UK orders we offer a Parcelforce 24h express option (tracked)and standard 1st and 2nd class Royal Mail postage options. A Signed For® service for 1st and 2nd class post is available for an additional £1 fee.

  • Royal Mail 1st class: 1-2 days
  • Royal Mail 2nd class: 3-5 days

We are unable to provide any tracking information on Royal Mail standard service options once the order has been despatched.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Incorrect address

If the delivery address is not entered correctly by the customer, orders may be returned to us automatically. The Canny Company will not be responsible for the length of time it takes for the product to be returned, nor the cost of resending the item to the correct address, which will be re-invoiced to the customer before despatch.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered fully and correctly when placing your order.

Returns policy

Returns and refunds

We want to make sure that you love our products and that they make training your dog easy and fun. If you wish to return your order for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We allow 30 days for orders to be returned.

For any quality issues, please be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include these when contacting us. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution. If the products are in a new and fit for resale condition in the original packaging, we will happily offer an exchange or refund (less shipping costs).

Items to be exchanged may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be in unused condition, clean, and free of pet hair/smell, with the original tag. Items requiring cleaning or removal of pet hair will be charged a £3 cleaning fee per item. Items that are worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

So that we can process your return more quickly, please enclose a printout of your e-mail receipt with your items. Return the goods to us using this form and please write 'returned item' on the package. If you have any queries regarding returns or refunds, please contact us using the details below.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for all exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may apply if replacement items are priced higher than the original. For Canny Collars, please ensure you have ordered the correct size before use (see the page 'What Size Canny Collar') as the customer will be responsible for meeting the postage costs of any returns for an exchange of sizes. We will not be able to accept returns that are not fit for resale.
