Care guide

Cleaning: To clean, rinse your lead and clip with fresh water to remove dirt, mud, or saltwater.

For stubborn grime, use mild soap or pet-safe detergent with a soft cloth or sponge.

Clip care: Trapped sand or grit can jam the trigger mechanism so take care to inspect it from time to time.

If you do notice grit inside the clip mechanism, a quick shake or rinse will usually dislodge it.

Drying: Pat dry with a clean towel or leave to air dry.

Storage: Store your lead in a dry place to keep it looking and performing its best.

Tips: Regularly check the clip, lead and stitching to ensure everything is intact and performing as it should.

Despatch times

Orders received before our 1.00pm 'cut off time' will be despatched the same day and orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders received after 1.00pm Friday and over the weekend will be despatched at the first available opportunity which will be the following Monday.

 

Delivery times

For UK orders we offer a Parcelforce 24h express option (tracked)and standard 1st and 2nd class Royal Mail postage options. A Signed For® service for 1st and 2nd class post is available for an additional £1 fee.

We are unable to provide any tracking information on Royal Mail standard service options once the order has been despatched.

Completely different dog

We were unsure about getting the canny collar because we have a boxer (short snout) & were worried it would hurt her. We have been having a lot of issues with her pulling on the lead & jumping on people/dogs going by when trying to walk her. Since getting the canny collar she is a completely different dog & an absolute joy to walk. She is such a happy puppy (8mths old) & it was quite distressing for us & her when we went for walks due to the pulling etc. She doesn't like the collar over her nose but gets used to it reasonably quickly once we get moving & we have had no issues right from the very first walk with her lunging at people. Thank you for making our walks so much more enjoyable!!!!

Excellent product

Canny collar and lead brilliant. The lead has a rubber strip in it which makes it easy to hold even when wearing gloves on a cold morning walk.

Very nice training lead.

I have been using the lead in conjunction with the Cannycollar for my young Bordercollie.
It's strong and robust, and doesn't slip easily out of the hand, even in rain and with arthritic fingers.
I would have liked just a little more length to have both my dogs on the same lead, and a little ring and hook to create a grab handle in between, but that might just be a new product suggestion....Overall very happy with the product!
